TWO GREAT NAMES,
ONE GREAT PUB
Whether you know us as The King’s Head or The Low House, we know you’ll have great times here.
Welcome To Our Pub!
This is a place of good food, good drink and good times. Within these 16th century walls, you’ll discover an interior that is largely unchanged since Queen Victoria sat on the throne.
There’s plenty of places to sit and relax, from the Card Room and the Farmers’ Table to the Settle and the dining room. In the summer months you can enjoy the sunshine in our beautiful beer garden, and when the cold weather sweeps in there’s nowhere nicer to be than sat beside our roaring fire, beer in hand.
Whether you want somewhere to enjoy a drink, a home-cooked meal or a place to stay the night, you can be assured of a very warm welcome at one of the country’s most unique pubs.
beer straight from the cask
As a Freehouse, we can focus on supporting small local breweries. The beers we serve often include Earl Soham’s Victoria and Albert Ales and the Green Jack Brewery’s Golden Best and Trawlerboys.
Delicious Pub FOOD
Our extensive menu means there’s something for everyone to enjoy. From light bites to a classic Sunday roast, plus a children’s menu and a sumptuous selection of puddings, this is delicious home-cooked food at reasonable prices.
